Single entry or multiple entry visa ?

Hi, in November I would like to Travel to Vietnam. Is it enough to get a single entry visa if I would like to travel for 2 weeks ONLY in Vietnam but I will Take flights everytime to move to a part to another like stay for 4 Days In Ho Chi Ming, then I will fly to Da Nang, stay there 3 days and then Take another flight to Hanoi ?...or it is better to get a Multiple entry visa ?
