Single or multiple entry
Sep 24, 2018
Hello,
My friend and I will be travelling around Vietnam for 28 days in January/February. We are going from northern Vietnam, (starting in Hanoi) to southern Vietnam (ending in Ho Chi Minh City). Furthermore, we may consider going on a cruise in Halong Bay (with starting- and ending point in Hanoi). We expect to travel most of the way by bus or train, but will fly domestic once from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City.
Do we need multiple entry or is single entry alright for our trip/what we have planned?
Thanks for your help

Dear Sofie,
Based on your itinerary, you just need 1 month single visa to travel around Viet Nam
In case you fly to Ha Noi airport first, you can apply for visa on arrival at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
Thanks
