Single or Multiple Visa

Hi there, we are a family of four travelling to vietnam and Cambodia in Sep/Oct 2017. We are entering Ho Chi Minh, up to Hoi An then going across to Cambodia (Siem Reap) for 5 days then fly to Hanoi before flying back to NZ.
Do we need a single or Multiple entry visa?
