Temp res card

I have a new work permit my last one expired on the 12 /11 I had to go to a visa company to get a ext on my TRC card for my work permit.The company lied to me they change my TRC to a Visa to visit relatives. I got a another 6 month ext now I found out they lied. I need a new TRC for two year Can I leave the country and when I come back pick up a TRC at the border like a visa or not what are my option. my company was suppose to be taking care of this for me they lied to I only have until The 12 /12 what is the best cheapest way? mohone 0785357713
