We are arriving in Ho Chi Minh City on May 26 and leaving May 31. We will then travel to Hanoi July 1 and leave on July 6. Will the 3 month multiple work for these two trips? Also we are not arriving in Ho Chi Minh until after 10pm, will the VOA section still be open? Thank you.
