I am Tunisian who lives in France since 2016 and I have a multi-year residence permit, I wanted to know how to proceed to obtain a tourist visa. can I apply for an e-Visa or do I have to follow another procedure?
I also have a my friend who intends to go with me, he is an Algerian resident in France since 2016, he has a valid residence permit for one year, can he file an application for an e-visa too? otherwise how to proceed?
We would like to go the 31th of December 2019 for 10 days.

You can apply online with us via https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
Apply visa online, You will get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival, All you need to do is fill your
information in the form and make payment online.
After that, we will send You the approval letter via email, please print it out to board the plane and use
it to get visa stamp on the passport upon arrival.
