Hello,
My passport is Lithuanian; however, I am a permanent resident of Canada (this is where i live) can i apply for the e-visa? if not, i am taking a bus from Thailand to Vietnam how can i enter vietnam?

Dear Samanta,
E-visa is not available for Lithuanian passport holders. If you want to enter Vietnam by bus, please go to the Vietnam Embassy to apply visa
