I was wondering if I will get a visa to Vietnam knowing that I am in Hong Kong right now it is not a problem with the coronary virus. I am allowed to fly there without any inconvenient.

Thanks for your question!
Please check with the airline if they cancel all flights from Hong Kong to Vietnam. If they do not, you can apply visa and get visa on arrival. However, please note there is a separate line for passengers to check health before processing visa. If your temperature is normal, you are allowed to enter Vietnam
