Tourist visa application for a week

I am a specialist doctor attached to the ministry of health Sri Lanka. We hoped to visit Vietnam. Applied for visa through an agent . Those dates were the only dates all four of us me, my husband , son and daughter could get leave from our places of work. But still we could not get the approval letter first two days of our leave already gone. I would be grateful if you send the letter asap
