We are a group of 4 Indian citizens and 3 Portuguese nationals (all holding UAE residence visas) travelling from Dubai to HCMC on 24th July until 3rd Aug. Can we apply online for visa and how much will it cost? Is it preferable to get the visa from Vietnam embassy in UAE to avoid lines at HCMC airport?
