Good morning
In your general information, you write that it takes 2 working days for a normal application then on the application you write " 1 day guaranteed". Please kindly confirm the real turn around time. Please also advise if I do the application for normal today (30 January 2017) since I believe it's still holidays in Vietnam, when will I get the letter? Does the turn around time change because of holidays or is it the same as I will be travelling from South Africa to Malaysia Thursday and will be entering Vietnam Hanoi on Tuesday and so need the letter at least a day before I leave South Africa Wednesday.

If you apply now, your Approval Letter will be sent to you on Feb/03/2017 at 18h00PM GMT +7 (Vietnam local time) because of TET Holiday 2017, Vietnam Immigration Dept will temporarily close its business hours on Jan/26/207 to Feb/02/2017.tion
