Hi! I'll be entering Vietnam by car from Cambodia, I'm UKRAINIAN citizen with UAE residence. Do I get visa on arrival?
Same question about my friends - one with Russian passport, one with Jordanian.
Please advice. If we need to take a flight to get visa on arrival - we can do that also.
