Urgent application

Hi there I bought a ticket for me to fly to Vietnam after 2 days. I did not realize that South African passport holders needed visa in advance.

Please can you tell me how long it will take to get the approval letter for the visa. I am worried that I would need to pay extra on my flight ticket to change it.
