Urgent Visa request

Hi, this is Taesan Lee and now I am in bankok, Thailand.
Actually, my mom had come to Vietnam on last saturday and we have come to Thailand for travel.

Today, we were about to fly back to Vietnam.
However, My mother doesn't have Visa. (I have residence card in Vietnam.).
Could you issue Visa urgently so that we can get to Hochiminh City by tomorrow flight.
