Vietnam - Business cum tourist visa
Vietnam - Business cum tourist visa
Dear Team:
Can you suggest of there is any way in which I can be in Vietnam for more than 90 days. I am from India, and need to travel to HCMC often for business meeting (not actual work) and tourism.
I have exhausted 67 days of quota on my previous business visa. If regulation is to stay only for 90 days in a year, than from what day it is effective? Does it apply to visa filed before April 1st 2016? How does yearly cycle of 90 days work?
If I apply for tourist visa, can I avail another 90 days? i.e. does 90 days rules a year apply to visa type or individual? I have exhausted 67 days on my business trips and now for personal vacation will like to use additional 90 days.
Please suggest, so as I can work with you to get my visa extended. I am currently in India.
Regards

Hi there, I like to Inquiry, if I go Vietnam as tourists, and finding a job, can I apply and change my pass? Thanks
Dear Mohammed sarwardi hossen,
If you have a job in VIETNAM, please ask the company which work for processing business visa
With that visa, you can get work permit to work in VIETNAM
Besides, as you have tourist visa, you have to leave and re enter the country to let visa validity
