I’m a romanian seaman (deck officer) and I will embark the cruise ship that I’m working on January 13th in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Can I get Vietnam visa on my arrival in Da Nang or I have to take it from Romanian Embassy in Bucharest, Romania?
