Vietnam visa for cruise passengers

We will take excursions at 3 Vietnam ports from the Celebrity Millenium in the first week of March 2016. Do we need visas if we are with tours and do we need to have them before arrival?

By the way, will you enter Vietnam by cruise or plane? You can only apply Vietnam Visa On Arrival when you enter Vietnam by air only. If you enter Vietnam by cruise, please contact with your cruise to get visa or you can go to Vietnam Embassy in your country to apply visa.
