I am organizing an official delegation to Vietnam and I'd like to get all of their visa done before they leave Canada. Is there a way to do that? Or must the delegates still do their visas upon arrival? Please advise.

Please inform us the nationalities of all the delegates. We will check and let you know whether they are eligible for a Vietnam visa on arrival (or be able to submit their online visa application.)
