Hello,
may I apply for a visa online if have a connection flight in Ho Chi Minh and then continue to Phu Quoc?
Time between the flights is only about 2 hours and I am not sure if I can manage to get stamped my passport.
I suppose I will have to exit the arrival area and then again enter the departure area on the airport?
