It is informed that Spanish passport holders do not need visa if staying in Vietnam within 15 days (valid until Jun/30/2017). However, the previous visit must be far from the next one at least 30 days. In addition, the passport must be valid at least 6 months

And until now, we do not know if the Vietnam Immigration will continue to give out that policy to 2018 or not because we have not received any official announcement from them. If they do, you will not need to visa to enter this August but you have to apply visa if you want to return to Vietnam on Aug/27). Or you should wait until the end of this June to check again if they continue to extend this policy or not
