Normally, Canadian passport holders need a visa to enter Vietnam. However, you can check with the airline company to make sure that you need a visa or not in your case.

If yes, you can apply for Visa on arrival online at https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html to get the approval letter which you can use to get Visa directly at the airport once you arrive.
