We are planning to visit Vietnam for a week this coming January is e visa better than a visa on arrival, or are they the same?

We would like to inform you that at the moment the Visa on arrival is unavailable.

The USA passport holders can apply for the E-Visa at this link to enter Vietnam https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html.

The validity of the E-Visa is 30 days (single entry).

The Tourist E-Visa fee is 79USD per person with the Normal processing time - 3 working days.
