Good evening , I am french and my partner is from South Africa. We will fly to Ho chi min , then go to Cambodia, fly to Hanoi and then to Bali and return to Ho chi min. We need a Multiple visa entry and a letter.
Is it the same process for French and South African to get a visa a a letter?
Once we receive those documents do we have to go to the embassy or it is to be printed and taken and presented on arrival?
Now I am only flying out to Ho chi min on Jan 29th, so how soon can I apply for the visa and letter. (Does the letter have an expiry date)?

1. There will be a same process applied for both French and South African Citizens to get a Visa On Arrival.
2. After receiving the approval letter from us, you no need to go to the embassy. Please print the approval letter out in colour and when you arrive Vietnam international airport then kindly go a head to the landing counter to get stamping sticker by yourself.
3. Please be informed that the approval letter will be available during your Visa period. For example, you apply with us with a month multiple type of Visa from Jan/29/2016-Feb/29/2016 so your approvel letter will have the validity within this period.
