My name is Emilia Vlad from Romania,we are 2 person in Cambodia ( Phnom Penh) and our next stop should be Hanoi (Vietnam) in our vacation. We suppose to be in your country on 13 of January.Are you kindly to told me if we can take the visa directly from the airport or we need to go here in Phnom Penh to your consulate to get it?
