Hi I'm Panamanian will travel to Vietnam on September, but I will enter the country in train or bus from Cambodia, the e visa works too?

We would like to confirm that you can only apply Vietnam Visa On Arrival when you enter Vietnam by air only. So, if you enter Vietnam by Land (train or bus), please contact Vietnam Embassy in your living country to get it.
