Hi
I am travelling on an Australian passport. Will I have my visa approve on the spot when I arrive in Vietnam airport? We only have a stop over of 8 hours. If we go out will we easily be able to come back in?

Thank you for your question.
We would like to confirm with you that if you just stay in transit zone, you then do not need Visa.
In case you want to leave out of Vietnam airport you then need Visa to enter. Please be informed that even you want to get Visa on arrival, you have to apply online with us in advance to have the approval letter proved by the Immigration dept in your hand, please apply with us if you need Visa at: vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
