What is the visa and stamping fee for US citizen visiting Vietnam? I heard there is a hike in fee the stamping fee. Is that correct? Is the fee for per person or for a group of three?

Dear Sir/Madam,
The latest regulation of Vietnam Immigration law from Aug/25/2016, Americans passport holders will be approved for a One Year Multiple Entry Visa only.
However, you can stay 90 days maximum per visit for Tourist purpose and 1 year for business purpose.
The stamping fee for this type of visa costs $135 per person at the airport.
