Please note that Fast track is the extra service that we offer for our customers who would like to expedite the visa procedure upon arrival. It costs $25/person

If you do not choose it, you can use the prepare package documents (Given approval letter, 2 passport sized photos and the Entry & Exit form) to get visa yourself by paying the stamping fee in cash at the airport

The private letter which mean that it will show your own information only. The private letter is different from the normal one which will show your name and other applicants's name

However, both letter have the same valid to get Visa upon arrival. Therefore, if you want to secure your personnel information, please choose Private letter (with surcharge 10USD).

Vietnam Immigration Department will issue a regular letter and a private letter.

Kindly be informed that you can use this letter to enter Vietnam without any problems. With regular visa,  the people having names on your letter are just those whose applied visa at the same time with yours.

If you would like get one letter with one your information on it, please apply  “ PRIVATE LETTER”

We would like to clarify that the normal visa will show all names of those who applied visa at the same time or same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department sole decision. Therefore your personal information can be seen by other people. If you would like to keep it confidential, you should choose "Private letter option".

Based on your given information, if you want to get another private letter instead of regular visa , we will inform to the Vietnam Immigration to cancel visa of applicants who are in this letter. It means that this letter is just sent to you ONLY so your personal information will be not shared to anyone
