Hi!
My name is Chathuranga and I am currently studying in Hamburg, Germany. I am a SriLankan. I have a one month holiday in July and hoping to have a 10 days visit in Vietnam and a couple of weeks in SriLanka and then back to Germany. I have already booked my tickets.
As I saw on one of the websites, I should apply online for the visa and then send the documents to the Vietnam embassy in Berlin by post with my passport. It's quite risky to send a passport by post and since I am busy with my stuff, I can't spend a working day to travel to Berlin from Hamburg. Is there any other way to apply for the visa.

Dear Mr Chathuranga
Thank you for your concern.
We would like to advise you that you do not need to go to Vietnam Embassy in person or send your passport by post.
You can apply online with us but the procedure takes 7working days and you have to send us your flight ticket, hotel booking and passport scan via our email at: visa@vietnam-evisa.org then apply online at : Vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
We then will send you the approval letter via your email then you can print it out and get Visa at Vietnam airport
