Hello, I was told that the cost of a visa on arrival (single entry 3 month tourist visa) at Hanoi airport would only cost 25 us dollars from 11 November 2015. Can you tell me if this information is correct?

Please be informed that the cost of a Visa On Arrival with 3 month single specifically will be decreased from $45 to only $25. However, this law will become valid on 23rd November, 2015.

Yes, you are correct. However, the fee you just mentioned was the stamping fee only.When you apply the visa online, you have to pay for the service fee to get the approval letter first. And then, when you arrive to the Vietnam International Airport, you will pay the stamping fee there.
