Dear sir/madam,
My son studies his poly education in one of the Singapore Polytechnic and he is a Singapore Permanent Resident.
The polytechnic organizing an educational trip to Vietnam, can he apply e-visa online or has to get visa stamping done before travel?
Please advise the procedure.
