I am travelling from Singapore to Phu Quoc with connecting flight in Ho Chi Minh. The layover is around two hours. I understand the online visa works only in few airports and Phu Quoc is not one of them. Will I be able to get my visa in Ho Chi Minh based on online application or do I need to take visa on arrival in Phu Quoc.

So will you enter in Ho Chi Minh first and then you will take the flight to Phu Quoc? If yes, you need to get the visa done in Ho Chi Minh Airport.
