Visa issuance timing - Application #EVS1200407

Dear Sirs,

my wife and I will be visiting Vietnam from Italy from April 17 (will be arriving in Vietnam on April 18) through May 3.
We've just applied for 2 tourist visas for 30 days, since the number of days from our arrival in Vietnam to pur departure will be 16.

We've received your confirmation email, informing us that due to a national holiday your office will be closed on Monday 15. Hence, if we understood it properly, we should receive the visa on Tuesday 16, around 7 pm local time (Italy), based on your info.

Now, since our flight will be leaving from Italy on April 17, I see no room in case of any issue.

Is there any chance we can receive a confirmation before, regardless of the National holiday, so that we can have at least one day in advance if we have or we do not have our visa?
