I applied and paid for a multiple entry visa, but received an approval letter that reads: " The 2 people are permitted to enter and exit Vietnam ONE TIME from....(dates)". Is this just the wording of these letters or is it a single entry approval?

We are pleased to confirm that the sentence " The 2 people are permitted to enter and exit Vietnam ONE TIME from....(dates)" means your visa is single entry and you are allowed to enter VN one time in the period writen on visa you applied.
