We are Indian and take approval letter through you for visa on arrival. We will go to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City ) by air from Bangkok,but will leave Vietnam by bus for Phnom Penh (not by Plane). Will we get Visa on arrival as we shall leave Vietnam by bus?
