Visa on Arrival: Holiday Period.

Hi,

I would like to apply for a Visa on Arrival, I would like to travel to Ho Chi Minh City on Weds 4 May 2016 but I am aware there is a holiday in Vietnam from 30 April until 4 May. Is it possible to process my application during this time, and if so what is the cost?
