dear sir, madam,
We applied for a visa on arrival which was approved and we were planning to fly from HK to Danang today, but the airline refused us to board as it seems the Vietnam immigration changed the requirements for any passenger from China, HK, Macau. Do you confirm that?

Thanks for your concern,
Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, All guests (all nationalities) who have been to Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan within 2 weeks also be denied. Flights from Vietnam to Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan are temporarily non – available too.
