My flight to Hanoi will land late at night(around 10:30pm). Will Visa on Arrival still work. Does the Visa office at Hanoi airport open till late at night (assuming that I already have visa approval letter)

First, we would like to inform that all international airport has to work 24/7 except being in maintanance or other serious problem. Hence, please do not worry about your flight will be land late in Viet Nam.
Second, the Visa office at Ha Noi airport certainly still works till late night as I explained. They can totally assist you if you need any information or assistance.
