In November I may want to visit Hanoi, Vietnam for a couple of days from and returning to Luang Prabang, Laos. Please advise, can I obtain visa on destination arrival or must I apply whilst still in Laos? Cost? Thanks.

It is informed that you can apply on our website to get visa on arrival, no need to go to the Vietnam Embassy in Laos but you have to apply beforehand
