You can apply here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html  by filling your information in form online and pay online 

After receiving your payment, we will process visa for you and send you approval letter after 1-2 working days for tourist visa in normal case. With that letter, you can use to board the plane and print it out to get visa stamp at the airport
