Dear Sirs,
My wife is Philippines citizen and I am a Swedish citizen.
As such we are allowed to enter Vietnam visa-free for 15 and 21 days respectively.
Does this visa exemption also apply for a one-day port call when we are passengers of a cruise ship?
The cruise line states that a visa is required for ALL passengers and I just want to double check if this is correct.

VIsa exemption is valid for all ports
You can use it to enter VIETNAM by seaport
