Hi, I am a Serbian citizen working in China. I am going to Phu Quock in January and I've read some contradictory information about the visa needed. Do I need a visa to go and do I need to do anything online prior to my trip or I can just finish the whole process on arrival at the airport?

Dear Suzana J,
We would like to inform that Foreigners are free for a visa to stay in Phu Quoc for 30 days as long as they will not travel to the mainland of Vietnam before or after they get the flight to Phu Quoc. It means that they have to enter and exit Phu Quoc by international flight.
