Hi,
I am Australian and flying to Korea via Vietnam Airlines and stopping over in Vietnam for almost 4 hours on the way, and 8 hours on the way back. Do I need a visa? If so which type and how do I apply?

Dear Mr/Ms Sam,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform with you that if you just stay in the transit hall and will not take your luggage back then you do not need a Visa. According the Immigration law-system of VIetnam, it is allowed to transit within 24 hours without obtaining Visa.
