Hi, good afternoon.
I´m from Belgium and my wife is Brazilian and we will be visiting two cities in Vietnam by Royal Caribean Cruise lines. Both stays will be for 1 day. (03/07/19 and 05/07/19)
Do we need to apply for a visa and if só which is the best way to do so?

If you enter VIETNAM by seaport, you need electronic visa
However, your nationality isn't in list of country who can apply electronic visa
Therefore, you should apply visa beforehand with VIETNAM EMBASSY to get visa
