I'm travelling to vietnam for tourism on 22nd August. I have a hostel booked for 1 week but might stay a total of 2 - 3 weeks. Will I require a visa? How many times Could I enter vietnam once visited?

We would like to confirm with you that UK passport holder have 15 day Visa Exemption, if your previous visit must be far from the next visit at least 30 days.
