Due to Coronavirus outbreak, the immigration department just process 1 month tourist visa for HONGKONG passport holders
And your flight ticket which doesn't layover in CHINA is needed for visa processing
All nationalities who take a flight to Viet Nam from China will be denied even they have approval letter
