Hi there
I bought a ticket to Vietnam from Feb 17th ,2017 to March 17th 2017.
I am not US citizen, I only have green card which will be expired in September 7th 2017. My Thanks vietnamese passport is expired in 2012. Am I eligible to have a Vietnam Visa.
