My spouse and I are arriving to Vietnam 2 different ports while on a cruise scheduled for November 2016.
Will the procedure be the same as if we were to arrive by plane?
Also please advise when is the correct time that we should apply for the visa, since we don't start the cruise until Nov 13 2016?
