Hello, i will be attending a conference in Hanoi in April 2019. Which visa type do i apply for and how do i apply because there's no embassy/or consulate in my country (Namibia)?

If you just enter Vietnam for conference, you can apply for tourist visa. Please apply visa on arrival at this link: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
