Some will will stay from the19th of december to 7th of jenuary. More than 15 day, so they must need to apply the visa. Can they apply from this website for recieve at the airport the visa??
The other part of group will stay from 25th of december to 7th of jenuary. So are less than 15 days. They don't need to apply for the visa, right?? But they need something that certificate this or not??

Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform that from July 01st 2017 to June 30th 2018, Vietnam offers 15-day visa exemptions with single entry for visitors from Italy. Their passports should have at least six months of validity upon the date of arrival to meet airlines’ requirements, and their arrival date is NOT within 30 days from their last exit date with visa exemption. Otherwise, they will need a Vietnam visa. There is no document required.
Italian citizens can apply online on our website to get visa on arrival. You only need to fill in the form then make online payment. After 2 working days (for tourist visa), we will send you the approval letter via email. You should print it out to board the plane and to get the visa stamp at the Vietnam int’l airport.
